Barry M Vintage Violet and Cling Wrap Nail Art Mani!

Hi lovelies,

I recently picked up this gorgeous polish called Vintage Violet from Barry M, and it's completely captured my heart!

Vintage Violet is what I would call a smokey, blackened violet creme, and it's such uniquely gorgeous shade that would fit a lot of skintones.

As much as I loved it on its own, though, I was struck with an idea of exploring what it looked like as an undercoat, with a holographic shade stamped on top using the cling wrap technique (my tutorial here, its a bit cringeworthy because it's from my early blogging years, but you should get the idea).

I used a pink shade with a blue shift from Hit The Bottle polishes and really liked how it turned out!
